Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prizes for which God has called me heavenward to Battalion. – Philippians 3:13-14
Our Lord and saviour we must thank for the safe return of Call of Duty’s favourite lamb Peter “ptER” Mather. For he has travelled far and wide into the unknown territories of Counter-Strike and found four apostles to aid him on the remainder of his esports journey. A holy trinity of Tek9 forum favourites, including the prior, alongside George “RA1VZ” Marsh (infused, Royalty, epsilon) and Jason “rekzu” Lawlor* (MIYAGI, rave-on) will be keen to spread the word of our Lord throughout the realms of both online and offline events. Saint Peter, of course, helmed a Fragmasters lineup that once took the CoD community by storm, notably dishing out the good book against Team Cooler Master in a 1v5 at Epic Lan.
Bringing the frankincense and myrrh to the birth of this lineup are Rob “Syn” Singleton and Joe “Beakzy” Haynes. Saint Robert coming from the 9th circle of Dante’s Divine Comedy, consoles, played at a respectively high level as the Master Chief at London Conspiracy, Team Dignitas and Infused Gaming. Whilst Saint Joseph caught a camel from Counter Strike playing with RASTA, Perilous, VYE and 4Kings. A combination of talent that is sure to prevail in future crusades.
Jason had this to say:
Really happy that we finally have our 5 players finialised. Me, Pete and George have known each other for years from CoD4 and Joe is a friend of a friend from Counter-Strike so I was super happy when everyone agreed that we would team up, Team chemistry is good and we will be practicing hard for the upcoming iseries LAN.
Being the first team paid up is a serious sign of intent and we at b43 wish them all luck.
Their lineup stands:
*interestingly Peter once gave Jason the Judas treatment and banned him from Tek9
